Teriyaki Chicken Thighs- Boneless skinless chicken thighs grilled and baked in a teriyaki sauce made with fresh ginger and garlic baked with pineapple. (dairy free)
Beer Smoked Brats- Fresh sausage smoked and steamed with craft beer. Served with buns, sauerkraut, onions, ketchup and mustard.

Lasagna (meat or vegetarian)-Lasagna noodles layered with a ricotta and cottage cheese mixture with mushrooms and either ground beef and Italian sausage or zucchini, yellow squash and red onions in my sweet marinara sauce topped with mozzarella cheese.
Chicken or Vegetarian Cannelloni- Noodles rolled and filled with a mixture of ricotta, cottage cheese, red bell pepper, mushrooms and chicken or spinach in a sweet marinara cream sauce topped with mozzarella.
Chicken Dijonnaise- Sautéed chicken breasts, topped with scallions and dijon cream sauce.
Braised Lemon Chicken with Artichoke Hearts- Chicken breasts braised in lemon and chicken broth with marinated artichoke hearts. (gluten free, dairy free)
Herb Roasted Pork Loin- Pork loin seasoned with fresh rosemary thyme and garlic, oven roasted and drizzled with a balsamic reduction, cranberry cabernet or maple dijon. (gluten free, dairy free) *

Baby Back Ribs- Slow smoked and basted with our homemade barbecue sauce.
Grilled Tri Tip-USDA choice beef lightly seasoned and grilled. Sliced and drizzled with our homemade cabernet steak sauce or chimichurri sauce.

Cedar Plank Salmon- 6 oz. Salmon fillet topped with Dijon mustard and brown sugar. Lightly smoked on cedar planks ( gluten free, dairy free)
Soy Mirin Marinated Salmon-6 oz. Salmon fillet marinated in ginger, soy sauce and mirin and baked.
Prime Rib- USDA Choice Rib eye seasoned with garlic and fresh herbs. Served with horseradish and au jus.(approx. gluten free, dairy free)
